Backup For Workgroups Version 5 Released
This is a free update for all existing Backup For Workgroup users. For more information about Version 5 and the free update please click here.
One of the biggest updates in Version 5 is the Open File Add-on. Previously this had to be purchased as an add-on to the client license. This caused some confusion with customers. As a result the v5 client now includes open file support. The price of the client license has been increased to reflect this change.
Customers with previous versions can update to v5 free of charge. However if their license did not include the Open File Add-on this feature will remain unavailable. Customers can update their license(s) to support Open Files with a one off purchase $99.00 per client available here.
